Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Meetcam.
• You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law.

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for information and content shared from your account.
• You must keep your login, linked account and device access secure.
• You must not impersonate another person or create a misleading profile.

3. Acceptable use

• No abusive, hateful, violent, fraudulent, illegal, exploitative, threatening or sexually predatory content or activity.
• No offering, requesting, selling, advertising, promoting, price negotiation, contact exchange or off-platform arrangement for sexual services or paid sexual activity.
• Meetcam must not be used to facilitate prostitution, escort services, sexual transactions or any commercial sexual arrangement.
• No harassment, stalking, scams, spam or misuse of messaging, calls or live streaming.
• No child sexual abuse and exploitation, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking or sexualized conduct involving minors.
• No attempt to bypass moderation, payment, safety, account or device restrictions.

4. Content and moderation

• You retain ownership of your content, while granting Meetcam the limited rights needed to host, display, process and moderate it within the service.
• Meetcam may remove content or restrict accounts, devices or access that violate these Terms, safety rules, payment rules or legal obligations.

5. Paid features and digital balances

• Paid balances, plans and premium features are digital service items and may be subject to platform billing rules.
• Prices, availability and package details may change.
• Refunds, if any, are handled under the relevant payment platform or applicable law.

6. Suspension and termination

• Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, feature limits, suspension, permanent termination, balance action where legally permitted, device restriction or blocked access.
• A confirmed sexual-service violation may result in permanent account and Meetcam ID termination, device-level restriction, forfeiture or withholding of affected balances where legally permitted, and blocking access to Meetcam.
• Relevant records may be preserved and serious safety or illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities or platform partners where required or permitted by law.

7. Service availability

• Meetcam aims to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Features may change, pause or end as the service evolves.
