• User content including posts, photos, videos, reviews, comments, messages, call metadata and live-stream participation data.
• Transaction, subscription, balance, package, billing and recharge records.
• Device and technical data including notification identifiers, device or hashed device identifiers, app version, device model, operating system, IP address, logs, diagnostics and security signals.
• Support, moderation, safety, block, complaint and abuse-report information.

2. Permissions and sensitive features

• Camera and microphone access may be used for profile media, video calls, voice features and live streaming.
• Photo and media access is used when you choose to upload content.
• Notifications deliver chat, call, account and system alerts.
• Limited device and security information may support call reliability, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, device-ban enforcement and troubleshooting.

3. How we use data

• Provide accounts, profiles, messaging, calls, live streaming, payments, balances and support.
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud, enforce restrictions, investigate abuse and protect service integrity.
• Moderate content, respond to reports, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing and service providers

• Data may be processed by vendors supporting authentication, hosting, storage, messaging, notifications, video communication, billing, analytics, fraud prevention and customer support.
• Information may be shared when required by law or necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce terms or prevent fraud.
• Meetcam does not sell personal information as a standalone product.

5. Retention and security

• Data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance and enforcement.
• Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and deletion

• You may update available profile information and manage applicable device permissions.
• You may permanently delete your account through Profile → Delete Account.
• Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, ban enforcement, payment reconciliation, disputes, child safety or legal compliance.
